A Client-Planner Agreement ("Agreement") by and between An Affaire of the Heart and Une Affaire de Coeur, both herein identified as member companies of The Boutique Collection LLC (“Planner”) ​​will be provided to the individual or individuals ("Client") at such time Client has notified Planner of Client's intent to contract Planner's Wedding Planning or Event Services ("Services"). The Agreement will include all of the important aspects of the relationship and will include the Planner’s responsibilities leading up to the wedding day or event.

The Agreement will contain information such as, but not limited to:
     Wedding or event date and time
     Location of the wedding or event
     Client names, addresses and contact information
     Responsibilities of the Planner
     Expectations of the Client

The Agreement will identify the fees charged by the Planner for Services selected by Client. The Agreement will stipulate the compensation and payment methods accepted by Planner, as well as the deposit and final payment requirements, a schedule of the deposit and payment due dates and a description of late fee charges for each late payment occurrence. The Agreement will also contain termination verbiage and a description of fees associated with a termination.

The fully executed Agreement and any and all associated deposits or payments must be made to and received by Planner to initiate services.
